1. Welcome

By using our website or placing an order with Country Dust, you agree to these terms.

We run a fair business and expect the same in return.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Square. We do not store full credit card details.

Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

3. Shipping

We ship within Australia only.

International customers must email us before placing an order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted by email within 20 days from shipment.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from odours, and have original tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if approved) are returned to the original payment method.

5. Product Care & Wear

Please follow all garment care instructions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleach, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

6. Personal Use & Resale

Products are for personal use only. Unauthorised resale or redistribution is not permitted.

7. Fraud & Chargebacks

Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled.

Please contact us first if there is an issue before initiating a payment dispute.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, and website content belong to Country Dust and may not be used without permission.

10. Wholesale Enquiries

We do not offer open wholesale accounts.

Legitimate registered businesses may email us to discuss potential opportunities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Concerns must be raised with us directly via email for fair resolution.
